Their former factory could only do rigid‑fixed‑batch production; they were unable to adjust packing layouts to fit supermarket shelf standards, plus inconsistent fabric texture caused uneven product appearances across bulk batches. The client selected this oversized slouchy faux‑suede tote bag for their seasonal in‑store promotion. They needed soft‑textured suede‑style vegan material, wide non‑adjustable shoulder straps, large open‑style main compartment, and a side slip pocket for mobile‑phone storage. Since the bags would be hung on retail racks for months, the fabric had to resist dust‑staining and surface pilling. We sourced stain‑treated faux‑suede material with an anti‑pill coating, which greatly reduces dust buildup and fabric fuzzing when hanging on open retail shelves. We redesigned the shoulder‑strap joint area with folded‑edge stitching, adapting the structure for long‑term hanging without strap deformation. We also built an outer slip pocket on one side, perfectly matching the client’s retail‑focused design demand.
