Leather Bag Manufacturing Process

1. Material Selection: We pick top-grain cow leather, sheep leather and vegan leather, inspect thickness, softness and wear resistance before cutting.

2. Pattern Cutting: Use precise cutting machines to split leather into standard parts according to bag size templates.

3. Sewing & Assembly: Experienced workers stitch leather parts with thick anti-breaking thread, install zippers, buckles, straps and inner pockets.

4. Polishing & Edge Oil: Smooth all leather edges with edge oil to prevent cracking and improve texture.

5. Logo Installation: Emboss or fix custom metal logo on front of bags as client’s request.

6. Full Inspection & Packing: Check every detail, clean surface stains, then pack bags into dust bags and cartons for delivery.
